The Role
You will provide administrative support to the Funding Claims Lead on all funded course provision, ensuring that ESFA funding rules are adhered and are fully compliant and that learner data is accurately recorded and in a timely manner.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of all Funded course delivery meets/exceeds ESFA Funding rules and guidelines across a range of funding streams 16-18, 19+ for programmes such as Greenskills Bootcamps etc.
- Accurate and timely recording/updating of learner details into internal/external learner management systems.
- Quality checking all required funded course related paperwork i.e Enrolment forms, class registers, course completions and learner data amendments (Withdrawals, breaks in learning etc) prior to submission
- Co-ordinate with external stakeholders on any funding related queries/issues, providing up to date advice and guidance.
- Work with other staff across the business to ensure high quality output and that a professional service delivery is maintained
- Keep up to date with changes in funding rules/guidance
- Actively engage in on-going personal learning and development

- Ideally would have experience of working in an educational environment
- Preferred but not essential knowledge of ESFA funding rules and experience of ensuring compliance of funded course delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to communication at all levels both verbally and in written form
- Capable of hand on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
- Ability to use own initiative and work methodically with attention to detail
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
- Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual, as well as being able to integrate and operate as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
