As an accomplished professional in the Training and Competency environment in the Energy and wider industrial sectors, Gavin joined 3t in 2014.
With a background in Financial Services, Gavin spent more than a decade working for one of the UK’s largest financial institutions, gaining valuable insight, knowledge, and experience.
Initially joining AIS Training to lead the sales function, he has been part of AIS’s journey through the Private Equity purchase by Blue Water Energy, subsequent merger with Drilling Systems which formed 3t Energy Group (now rebranded to 3t), and the later acquisitions of Survivex, NeturonVR and Petrofac Training Services.
Having been a part of the company’s key milestones, Gavin moved into his current role with 3t in August 2020 where he heads up the Sales function for the Group, supports the global sales team, and is responsible for securing and managing several key global customer contracts.
