Joining the 3t in 2021, Grant is an experienced entrepreneur, having previously founded two successful B2B education start-ups in South Africa before moving to the UK in 2001 where he has since led a variety of software start-ups in HR, Strategy Execution and Insuretech.
Earning a DBA in Leadership Development as well as an MBA, Grant’s agile execution using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) is a testament to his ability to source, build, and lead high-performing teams to achieve consistent growth.
