A critical member of the team, Becky is responsible for managing the Drilling Systems office and supporting 3t Energy Group’s Executive team.
Becky’s juggling skills are unrivalled. In any one day, she could be heading up an internal audit, organising the international shipping of a simulator, preparing PowerPoint presentations for the CEO or arranging travel for the installation team.
Becky knows the business inside out, having worked at Drilling Systems for the past 20 years. Originally starting as an admin assistant, Becky progressed through the company to technical support, PA to the managing director and now her current role.
Becky said: “I joined Drilling Systems after becoming disillusioned with my job as cabin crew for an airline. At first, I was planning to use it as a stop gap while I decided what I wanted to do long-term. 20 years later, I’m still here!
“I just love working at Drilling Systems. It’s a great team and we all work incredibly well together.
“My job is very varied, which I relish. For example, this week I’ve been organising simulator deliveries in Greece, Indonesia and Libya. As well as speaking with different customs departments around the world, I’ve been liaising with clients and shipping operators to ensure smooth delivery and installation of our systems.
“It’s always hectic and no two days are ever the same but I wouldn’t change it for the world.”
