Aberdeen delegates have a new account manager to help them with all their training queries – say ‘Hello’ to Lyndsay Shaw.
In her new role, Lyndsay will be providing advice and guidance for all Aberdeen delegates who book and pay for their own training. Lyndsay will help delegates with everything from identifying the right skills training to booking courses and arranging transport and accommodation.
Lyndsay has worked in a customer service environment for more than 16 years so knows everything there is to know about keeping customers happy. Before AIS Survivex, Lyndsay worked in customer service in the motor trade and before that was deputy store manager for sofa giant, Sofology, where matching the right product to the customer was a key part of the role.
Since joining AIS Survivex four weeks ago, Lyndsay has been getting to grips with what delegates want from an account manager by talking to lots of our Aberdeen customers about their training needs. She’s also been working her way through our 450+ course portfolio to learn the ins and outs of world-class training.
Lyndsay said:
“I love helping people so this job is perfect for me. The fast pace at AIS Survivex is incredibly exciting and I share the company’s values. It’s all about the customer and making sure we deliver the very best solution for them.
“Everyone at AIS Survivex has been extremely welcoming and it’s great to feel part of the team. Helping people is enormously rewarding and I’m passionately focussed on making sure our delegates fulfil their full potential.”
