Wind Recruitment Event with AIS Survivex & Specialist Marine Consultants

With wind energy proving to be one of the fastest growing industries in the world, AIS Survivex is teaming up with SMC to host a wind careers event in Newcastle this April.
Formed in 2006, SMC is a global leader providing Marine Coordination services, with over 15 years of experience in the offshore renewable energy, oil & gas, marine and utilities industries.

Dean Coates, Operations Director, SMC, said:

“This is an exciting time for the wind energy sector. We operate a group of 250+ experts in support of offshore operations and are looking for skilled wind technicians or those with mechanical or electrical experience to expand our personnel.

Our team of in-house offshore consultants supports both our clients and our people to ensure the best candidate is matched with the right project.”

Attendees will get the chance to meet consultants from SMC who will be on-hand to answer questions and talk through available offshore wind roles with their clients.”

Linzi Ryan, Head of Marketing, AIS Survivex, said:

“Our pop-up jobs events are perfect for those wanting to explore opportunities face-to-face with recruitment experts like SMC.

AIS Survivex sets the benchmark in providing high quality training, and delivering recruitment events helps us pave the way for our trainees as they progress into successful careers.

The wind energy sector is ever-growing, with an additional 43,000 workers expected to be needed by 2026*, so now is the right time to become part of the renewables industry.”Two sessions are due to be held at the AIS Survivex GWO Wind Training Centre on Thursday, 13th April.
