Following discussions that were held with the 3t Board and shareholders more than 6 months ago, Martin Boden has formally retired from his role as Chief Financial Officer of 3t.

Until that search is successfully completed, Rob Baldrey will become Interim CFO. Rob is a seasoned finance professional who has worked successfully with PE across a wide array of organisations in Senior Executive roles. He has been working closely with us since March, managing the financial integration of our recently acquired businesses.”
