> In light of your background and knowledge of the skills sector, what does the future of the industry look like to you?

Training, skills development and competence is always going to have a very important and safety-critical role to play in the industry. I find emerging technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) very exciting, as well as the advancements in simulation technologies, in which we excel at.

In the future, the classroom will be anywhere you want it to be, delivering training simultaneously to students across the world in a virtual environment. This type of technology will also become the norm within the workplace to improve on the job training and company operations.

> With over a decade of experience in leading international growth, where do you hope to see the business grow in the next 3-5 years?

This year I have been heavily involved in developing our presence in countries with rapidly emerging markets and sectors such as Guyana, Mozambique and Angola. It is incredibly exciting to be involved from the very start in these projects and help to develop local skills and talent where previously there were very few. So, I hope we will build on this further providing opportunities for individuals to develop their careers beyond the initial entry-level positions.

> Why should customers choose 3t?

We are a proactive solutions provider. I like to think that we listen to our clients, understand their requirements and provide them with a solution that meets their exact needs. I also feel that one of our other strengths is to work in ‘partnership’ with our clients rather than on a transactional basis.
