Martin joined 3t Energy Group as Corporate Development Director in April 2022, joining from City & Guilds Group where he was Managing Director for Technical Training from October 2018 onwards.
As an esteemed industry expert, Martin has spent his career working for key industry leaders including Siemens PLC where he was responsible for the skills agenda at Siemens, UK and the company’s apprenticeship provision in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
Along with being involved in the Apprenticeship Advisory Board at the Department for Education, Martin has served on a number of steering boards including the National Skills Academy for Rail (NSAR) and the Energy Efficiency Industrial Partnership.
His international experience and in-depth understanding of the skills sector, energy transition, and future-proofing the industry have been instrumental to his role here at 3t Energy Group.
