As one of the Group’s longest standing members, Paul joined AIS in 2010 following a lengthy and successful career in Local Government in the Northeast of England.
Since joining the business, Paul has held several BD-related roles and is now part of the Senior Leadership Team within the 3t. Widely travelled, Paul has been heavily involved in various projects and new ventures across the UK, Vietnam, and China.
Having spent time overseas in key regions such as China, the Middle East, and most recently South America, Paul drives international growth strategies for the business to up-skill local workforces across the industry.
