Prior to joining the Group, Phil practiced in a commercial law firm in Newcastle upon Tyne, specialising in corporate law.
Within this role, Phil gained experience with 3t and has been a crucial asset in advising on the sale of Advanced Industrial Solutions to the Group, as well as the subsequent acquisition of Neutron VR Ltd and advising Blue Water Energy on other portfolio businesses.
Responsible for all legal and compliance requirements across the Group, corporate governance, and general legal services, Phil’s extensive experience positions him as an expert advisor on mergers and acquisitions.
