The team have enjoyed a successful start to 2023 attending key industry events, showcasing the latest innovations from Drilling Systems, and networking with professionals across the globe. In January 2023, our Business Development Manager for MENA, Andreas Smith, Business Development Manager, Scott Sharp, and VP of Sales for MENA at 3t Energy Group, Ian Hunt, attended iktva 2023 Forum & Exhibition engaging with existing and prospective clients to discuss Drilling Systems range of market-leading technology.
Drilling Systems were delighted to exhibit alongside agent Abdulla Fouad Group as part of 3t Energy Group. It was great to see our OTR (‘On The Rig’) simulator displayed on our customer SANAD’s stand, showcasing just one example of how we are revolutionising drilling, well control and crane training.
As an easy-to-deploy portable simulator, the OTR can deliver training and competence testing both on-rig and in-situ. The remote nature of the simulator reduces operational and training costs, offering a fully flexible solution to prepare teams for high-hazard scenarios in a safe, virtual environment. Allowing operators to monitor the progress and development of personnel, the OTR simulator continuously delivers better outcomes to transform industry training with technology.
