With a career rooted in the oilfield services and industrial training sectors, Vito has spent years working closely with clients across multiple industries, helping them find solutions that meet their operational and safety needs.
“I have had the opportunity to work with clients in various capacities, focusing on their training and workforce development challenges,” Vito explains. “Joining 3t felt like a natural next step because it allows me to combine my passion for customer service with my understanding of training solutions.”Â

I want to make sure I understand the unique challenges each account faces and find opportunities to help simplify their training processes, or introduce solutions they may not be using yet.

“I’m a big believer in continuous learning. I stay up to date by reading industry publications, attending relevant conferences, and keeping close contact with clients to understand what’s happening on the ground. Listening to customer feedback is one of the best ways to stay in tune with where the industry is headed.”Â
Alongside his professional responsibilities, Vito maintains interests that keep him engaged with his community.Â
“Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and running my BBQ catering business on the side. It gives me a creative outlet and lets me stay connected with the local community. I also enjoy spending time with family, traveling when I can, and watching sports.”Â
