3t is currently looking to recruit an Apprentice Medical Administrator located in Newcastle, UK.

The Role

The role is a customer facing role providing administration support within our busy Medical department.

  • To receive visitors at the Medical Suite and ensure the correct paperwork is issued
  • Assist with audiometry testing
  • Inputting and processing of learner data
  • Scanning, filing and photocopying of medical documentation
  • Additional administrative duties for Clinical Staff as and when required
  • The job holder is expected to be flexible and undertake additional duties commensurate with the overall responsibilities of the job, and that are within their competence, when required.

Non-apprenticeship and part-time option also available.

Working hours detailed below:

  • Monday – 12.00pm – 8.00pm
  • Tuesday – 10.00am – 6.00pm
  • Wednesday – 10.00am – 6.00pm
  • Thursday – 10.00am – 6.00 pm
  • Friday – 08.00am – 4.30pm
