3t is currently looking to recruit a Diver / Survival Support on a permanent contract located in Dyce, Aberdeen, UK.

The Role

To provide support to the course instructors for various training courses, including but not limited to diving, in water support, fire support and maintenance support.

Candidate is required to hold a diving qualification and in date dive medical.

  • Provides support for the instruction, demonstration and examination/assessment of individuals/groups of delegates for specified course programmes and timetables.
  • Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of current health and safety legislation and procedures.
  • Maintains a high standard of appearance at all times, wearing company-provided clothing/PPE as required, positively reflecting the company’s image.
  • The job holder is expected to be flexible and undertake additional duties commensurate with the overall responsibilities of the job, and that are within their competence, when required.
  • The job holder will undertake all activities in compliance with the requirements of the company’s and/or the client’s safety management systems (SMS).

  • Diving qualification and valid dive medical.
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or equivalent advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be diplomatic
  • Well developed communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with a wide variety of people e.g., staff, clients, delegates
  • Proficient working knowledge of office IT systems including ms outlook, word and excel

Salary: £25,949.00 per annum
